Excelente, ubicación cerca de la terminal a 10 minutos, Excelente atención de la señorita de recepción, es una opción económica pero cumple con lo necesario para descansar un rato
Sólo pasé una noche, pues iba de paso. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y tienen un toque rústico de hacienda muy ameno, sin embargo, el mantenimiento considero que no es el adecuado, el lavabo del baño tenía fuga y cuando te lavas las manos, gotea y se moja el piso y me parece que la llave del tanque del inodoro también contaba con fuga. Las instalaciones son cómodas, las encargadas del hotel son un poco serías, y hay dos gatitos muy lindos. Estadía tranquila.
Muy atentos y amables ... En especial los gatitos te reciben ... Para una estadía corta está perfecto buen precio y sí te mueves en transporte público hay cerca una parada ,hay pequeños negocios de comida y comes sabroso .

Un hotel no en la mejor ubicación pero con lo necesrio para llegar a descansar en un alto en el camino. Si lo que quieres es una cama cómoda, limpia y una regadera para descansar, este es el hotel. La señorita en recepción es muy amable.
Yuli was the one that helped me. I got there pretty late without a reservation and she was still so nice and helpful. The room was very cute and clean. I double checked for bed bugs cause apparently they're rampant in Guadalajara hotels, and I saw 0- plus they use a mattress pad to keep them clean. The only issue I had was that there was no warm water when I showered (it was almost freezing) but even that felt nice after 2 days on the road.

Hotel attendants very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The water from the shower does run over so put a towel down but its nothing to worry about. They lock up the property at 10pm but can open it if u call n ask.
